My grateful Thanksgiving offering… promise it’ll make your day, even more than the stuffing. Just as I don't have a favorite kid, Samantha, I don't have a favorite show, this. Not. But, it sure is up there. Gregory Harrison, Trapper John MD, Sisters, The Middle, Logan's Run, The Harrad Experiment (you're welcome, Michael), to name very few, after going full Franken, offered up absolutely stellar conversation, filled with jaw-dropping, amazing stories. And, what a storyteller. Opened the show with my Parisan romance, swoon, jumped into Gregory growing up on Catalina Island, Edgar Harrison, Aimee Semple McPherson, Al Franken, the Vietnam War, being a medic, being a non-religious concientious objector, Louie CK, Battle of the Network Stars, marriage that lasts, and why it works, cocaine, Betty Ford, recovery, Trapper John, Jason Robards, political activism, Richard Chamberlain, Centennial, believing he can do anything, what’s right and what’s wrong, what’s good and what’s bad, what’s true and what’s false.
