We discussed the almost certain changes the Ontario Government will be implementing soon, doing away with the vehicular 'courts' to online only. Jason mentioned the current conviction rate is approximately 20%, but will likely be 100% after this is implemented, and fundamentally change the way a charged driver can challenge evidence and face their accuser.
