As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, George has become a recognized expert in the area of wealth transfer planning and business succession planning.  George has focused a significant portion of his career on privately held and family owned enterprises, helping  them to manage their decision making process in the development  of wealth transfer and business succession plans that are congruent with their goals and objectives.  George has a real passion for families and understands that the challenge is to position the family's wealth in such a way that it does not divide the family members or does not create an incentive for the future generations to be non-productive citizens.   With over 40 years of experience, he has seen that the real threat to the family and the family's assets after Mom and Dad are gone comes from within the family unit.  George has learned that effective communication and affirmation at the patriarch and matriarch level is crucial to sustain a healthy and successful family long term.
