“Do unto others as you would have them do unto to you.” My name is Eldon Basham and I practice in the Real Estate and Municipal Government Section of the firm’s practice. In the real estate section, I tend to help people when they acquire property all the way through the time they require it through the development and the sale of the property because most of my clients will initially contract and then try and get the property entitled which involves the zoning and the permitting process that they have to go through. And that ties in with my municipal practice because in representing the city of Woodstock, I tend to be involved on the other side of the transactions which has me involved in the zoning, culmination process, acquisitions in any kind of permitting and regulation that goes from that direction. Moore Ingram Johnson and Steele has access to so many different practice areas that we are able to refer issues to other attorneys in the firm when we are not essentially able to handle them ourselves
