My name is Brian O'Neil. I am a partner in the Corporate Tax section here at Moore Ingram Johnson and Steele and I primarily handle business transaction work including mergers and acquisitions, franchising and secured lending. Following the Golden Rule has worked very well for our firm over many years and in fact, I've represented some of the same clients for over 30 years. With respect to my business transactional work, I refer to myself as a Deal Maker not a Deal Breaker.
