I'm a partner at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele and I work in the commercial and construction litigation department. As a commercial and construction litigator, I handle a variety of different cases. My goal and my service to my clients, however, is to try everything that I can do to keep that client out of litigation. What I would prefer is that a client come to me or my other partners and attorneys at our office, work with them, learn how to cross their t's and dot their i's for a far less amount of attorney's fees than it would be to come to me and for actually have to file lawsuits and defend lawsuits which requires far more attorney's fees.
