On this episode Karla sits down with Leslie Crandall, Senior Co-Overseer of BSSM first year to talk about women in leadership. Leslie and her husband of 17 years, Tom have been serving in pastoral ministry full time for 14 years. They have two wonderful children Joel and Adelyn. Along with pastoral ministry Leslie has been involved in marketing and practice management in the business world for several years inspiring her heart not only for church leaders but business as well.
