In this two part podcast series we’ll be diving into China’s largest wine producing region: Shandong.  Shandong is an eastern province of China, along the Yellow Sea. It represents up to 40% of China’s wine production and was also home to the first commercial winery.  Our guest today is Denise Cosentino.
