Another day of primaries today, and a stunning news day yesterday as the markets had historic drops and the concerns about the spread of the coronavirus continue to escalate. Rhode Island is declaring a state of emergency and in Boston the famed St. Patrick’s Day Parade and political breakfast have been cancelled.
