How to start a positivity jar 1) Get a jar (or clear receptacle) 2) Cut a ton of strips of paper (so you don’t have to cut them throughout the year) 3) Write little sentences on the paper strips whenever you feel like it. Fold strips, toss in jar, and watch your positivity jar fill up!
