  My guest today is Louisville investor Erik Hitzelberger.  Erik and his partner Bryan Snider are the founders of Louisville's premier turnkey investing company Freedom Property Group. They have built a successful business buying houses and rehabbing them to top notch standards.  From there, these properties either go into their portfolio of rentals or they are sold to a turnkey investor.  Their company is a little bit different because they don't think of themselves as a real estate company. They are a company that provides financial education and investment opportunities, while consistently providing a great rate of return while managing risk.
