  It's that time of year again which happens to be one of my favorite times of the year - Christmas.  I love all things to do with the holidays. Today I have a really short podcast for you. I want to give you some Christmas safety tips for homeowners and tenants, and we are going to talk specifically about Christmas tree safety.   Every year there are thousands of house fires in the US caused by Christmas decorations. Each year hospital emergency rooms treat over 8700 people for cuts, falls, shocks related to lights, decorations and trees.  That's a mind boggling number of holiday related injuries.
