Graham is in his back garden talking to the author of The Definition of Success, entrepreneur Derek Snook. They discuss faith, living among the homeless, living with purpose, social media and the search for validation. Derek formed a non-profit company in his home state of South Carolina, to help improve the working conditions of day labourers (workers, often manual labourers on day-long contracts that historically have been exploited).
