These days there are so many different ways to communicate with our customers. Email, Online Form, Phone Call, Messaging Platform. And if it's a Messaging Platform...which one? Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, or just a good old fashioned SMS. The key thing is to make sure you communicate with your customers on the same platform they communicate with you.
