Matthew takes a moment to describe the aromas and flavours in Beau’s Lug Tread Lagered Ale and Vassar Heirloom Ale, the two feature beers for this month. Debbie takes a moment to introduce the Glengarry Fine Cheese young Lankaaster, Fleur-en-Lait and Big Brother cheeses.
