The San Diego Gulls returned to their home ice for the first time in 2 weeks! The Gulls are coming off their longest roadtrip of the season, 6 games, where they posted a 3-2-1 record. Tonight, San Diego welcomes Pacific Division rival Tucson Roadrunners.  San Diego currently sits in 3rd place in the division with 60 points, and are two points behind San Jose for second place and five points behind division leader, the Bakersfield Condors. After a wild first period, the Gulls held a 3-1 lead over their Pacific Division rival Tucson Roadrunners heading into the second period. Adam Cracknell, Sam Steel and Sam Carrick scored for San Diego, and Jeff Glass made a flurry of saves to keep the Gulls out in front. The Gulls extended their lead in the second period, increasing their hold over Tucson to 5-1.
