Getting alone with Jesus and spending purposeful time in His presence is paramount in our relationship with Him. We have a tendency to get busy with life and all the worries that come with them which can cause us to have a surface level relationship with Him. Jesus' desire is to be with us always and to have a close personal relationship with Him.
