Your Voice Of Encouragement

Re-Broadcast! As Prayer Champions, we will pray today about the state of our Joy and Contentment. Since Joy is the second fruit of the Spirit, it is Divinely given to us as a gift to strengthen us and fill us with hope for the future.  Joy comes right after love and just before peace.  The significance of this trio of attributes or fruit  – love, joy, and peace - is how they work together to help us thrive in our lives and move steadfastly forward with the remaining fruits of patience (longsuffering), kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.  We can thus shout with the voice of triumph because our victory in Christ is assured. Joy is also a spiritual practice and decision. As Prayer Champions, we can choose to be full of Joy or joyful each day. Contentment flows from the joy decision.
