Wake Forest took a 4-0 record on the road in ACC play on Sept. 28th 2019 as the Demon Deacons traveled to Chestnut Hill, MA to battle Boston College. Wake Forest jumped out to a 10-0 first quarter lead, but the Eagles fought back to tie things up at 17 through one half of play.Up just 20-17 early in the fourth quarter, quarterback Jamie Newman found Scottie Washington for a 27-yard touchdown pass to extend the lead to 10.
