The Alpha Dude

When working with people who want to change, there is a difference.  Those who succeed are driven, and often pain is a factor. Just like pain is God's gift to allow us to pull our hand back when it feels the sting of a blade to prevent further damage, the type of pain that drives people to change is also a gift.  The only problem is that people then set about trying to change things only to fail, or even worse change the wrong thing that has even more negative consequences.
