Adding fuel to the fire of the last episode, Danny brings in close friend and recovering heroin addict George in an attempt to get Kasten to lay off the smack. George tells tales of being incarcerated, stealing bikes to avoid $2 fares and finally recovering after a long uphill battle. The Battle for Kasten’s sobriety will continue until the hosts finally win.   Late bloomer stand-up comedian John Kawie is alive and kicking after suffering a stroke that couldn’t keep him down. He sufficiently scared hypochondriacs Myka and Danny after talking about how sudden his stroke came on. To make the conversation even lighter, the hosts reminisced about a dead comedy club booker with Kawie.
