Open your computer to a Google Doc and join me in staking a claim in what you stand for.   Today, I want to share a short exercise that I do with one question and a timer.  It is powerful and empowering and will help you hone in how you feel and think and connect with yourself.  I was feeling stuck in creating my course The Freedom Effect and I needed to dump some thoughts and feelings out in order to kick myself in the butt and keep going.   My entry ~ What do you stand for? I stand for women in the middle of life standing up for themselves and changing how they think about themselves and going after REALLY want in life.  I believe that women over 45 should trust themselves and eat and laugh and dance and play and challenge themselves and speak up and create healthy relationships with other women and food and spice up their marriage with confidence and sexiness and I believe that all women should not drink to excess and love their body where they are and eat to feel good ~  It pisses me off seeing other wome
