Radio UP speaks out for those with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. We are a member-generated podcast from Donald Berman UP House in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Our podcast is focused on serving and supporting individuals with mental illness, their friends and family. Our goal is to increase the awareness of mental health issues and end the stigma associated with mental illness through education. Radio UP does so through a breadth of program offerings including interviews and discussions with internal members and other special guests.
