The devastating effects of a category five hurricane leaves the coastal town of Verhoeven haunted by a faceless evil that kidnaps and murders victims in a brutal fashion. Lack of evidence, and an inability to get a clear profile of the killer, makes it difficult for the authorities to find a suspect. However, a specialist in the occult sciences has a different opinion.
