He looks at the first gathering of the church to deal with an attack on the purity of the Gospel - Jesus plus NOTHING! The false teaching of adding the Law to the Gospel was a direct threat against the Church! In today's study, we see the Church respond by the leadership of the Holy Spirit in a way that is wise and glorifying to God!
