Feeling wobbly? Learn to balance like a warrior! This live class focuses on strength and stability from ankle up to hip socket. We will have a major focus on stabilising the outer hip and engaging the glutes in standing balances and standing poses. Like always, you'll practise a complete flow as you learn and develop your technique and mindfulness. You will need a strap, brick, tennis ball, blanket, and bolster – although you can always make do with whatever you have.
