The goal of this live class is to move the arms and shoulders throughout their range of motion. Often we only go through the same movements in every practice but it's time to shake it up. We will have a well-rounded flow with familiar standing postures but will move the arms in slightly different ways. We will work up to a couple binds and practice dolphin and forearm stand. The practice ends with front chest opening stretches and backbends to balance you off.
