The adventure continues now, coming into the Easter break, with some of the latest releases in our world of electronic music. Steve Roach & Jeffrey Fayman’s 2002 album Trance Spirits remastered, orchestrating a thunderous sound, with an expansive array of synthetic soundworlds, textural guitar and timbre-rich Middle Eastern and West African-influenced drumming. Composed over ten years by David Helpling with guest musicians comes the double album IN, exploring the magic of space with its cinematic overtones that ascend to shattering crescendos. Enter London-based trio, Decommissioned Forests, an ambient-infused, post-industrial journey through uneasy electronica, accompanied by a sometimes bleak, sometimes hopeful spoken-word narration. Russian artist Non Dolet, Slavic folk-tinged melancholy, and pseudo film soundtrack infused beauty of a most original sounding nature. Once again, Divine Matrix and Johan Tronstam’s quality of music recalls the classic 80’s style of Tangerine Dream and other luminaries of the g
