History was made by both the Astros, who won their 10th straight opening day game, and Shohei Ohtani, who threw and faced the first pitch of the season for his team. Kevin next talks about Friday and Saturday's action. All teams opened up their schedule by Friday as we are officially off and running for the 2022 season. Kevin wraps up the show talking about Lucas Giolito heading to the IL, The Guardians and CF Myles Straw agreeing to a contract extension, the third the Guardians have given out this off season, and Peacock giving us Sunday Baseball Brunch starting on May 8th.
