Kevin starts the episode by talking about Spring Training stats that he believes will transition to the regular season. It is tough to determine what is "for real" during the spring and what is just players "working on things". Kevin gives his players that have had excellent springs that should transition to the regular season. Kevin then talks about NCAA Baseball and gives an update on the Top 25. The Tennessee Volunteers continue to have perhaps the best regular season of any team in the history of college baseball. One metric system has them ranked as the top team of all time currently. There are also a few big time match ups across college this weekend. Kevin wraps up the show by talking about injuries across the MLB. Jacob deGrom and Max Scherzer are both dealing with injuring to start the season, and they are not the only top NL East arms dealing with issues as Stephen Strausburg starts the year on the IL once again.
