Sinopse

Patrick opens today's show on the news that Buck Showalter will become the 5 managers in MLB History to lead both the Yankees and the Mets. Patrick goes through Showalter's career and how he got to Queens. Following that segment, Patrick goes into a two-part segment covering which teams need to do more in free agency once it opens again. Patrick talks about the Dodgers, Astros, Padres, Angels, and no one will be surprised with the number 1 selection. Following that Patrick drives into an Oral History of one of the best catchers of all time, Yogi Berra. Berra was raised in an Italian community in St. Louis where he found his love for baseball. Branch Rickey, who owned the St. Louis Cardinals at the time, did not draft Berra in hopes of signing him to the New York Mets because Rickey already had plans to move. From there on Berra became one of the winningest athletes of all time. If you enjoyed this episode, follow us and subscribe to the show: you can find us on iTunes or on any app that carries
