Kevin starts the episode by discussing Shohei Ohtani and Bryce Harper winning the MVP awards. Ohtani becomes only the 19th player in history to be a unanimous selection and the second born Japanese player to win the award. Bryce becomes only the 4th player in history to win the MVP for two different franchises. Kevin then talks about the Arizona Fall League. He discusses the award winners as well as the "All-League Team". The AFL consists of some of the top prospects in all of baseball. Multiple prospects have put themselves on the map for next season and potentially played their way into their teams' plans. Kevin wraps up the show by going over all of the signings and rumors that have taken place over the past few days. The Mets signed Billy Eppler to be their new GM. Eppler most recently was the GM of the Angels from 2015-2020. The Giants also re-signed two key parts of their rotation from the 2021 season.
