On this episode of the GSMC Baseball Podcast host Tom Dougherty recaps the past weekend, talks Cubs and Astros winning streaks, and playoff races. The Cardinals have jumped into the first wild card spot in the after a good weekend in Colorado and the Brewers hold on the the second spot. Eight teams in the NL are now either in a playoff spot or within 2.5 games of one. In the AL the Astros were able to hold their 1.5 game lead over the A's.
