Welcome to our Sunday morning service. Today Pastor Gary Barber is preaching on Luke 2:21-40, “The Dedication, Blessing, and Growth of the Messiah.” When Mary and Joseph obeyed the Law and brought Jesus to the Temple to be presented to the Lord, of the thousands of the people present on the Temple grounds that day only two, Simeon and Anna, recognized who Jesus was. Do we ourselves truly recognize who Jesus is, and do we rejoice and worship Him as did Simeon and Anna. This is a remarkable and important incident in the life of Jesus.
