Welcome to our Wednesday evening Bible Survey Fellowship. Tonight Pastor Gary Barber is teaching on the Song of Solomon. There are several purposes for this book to be in the Canon of Scripture. The book is historical and describes events in Solomon's life. Through this book God wants to show us what deep passion and emotion is like in a godly marriage. It also is a love allegory between Yahweh and the Israelites, and it also is a picture of the love between Jesus Christ and His Church.
