In this episode, I share the benefits of eating less, avoiding non-nutritive food items, fasting, eating fresh fruits and vegetables and being mindful about our food choices. *Train our stomachs and retrain our appetites. *Eat less-the more we eat, the more wear and tear we put on our stomachs and digestive system. *Fasting-Fasting gives our bodies an opportunity to rest and purify. Not only is fasting a natural mood stabilizer, it also helps with clarity of thinking. *Eliminate or minimize unhealthy. BUT STOP EATING PORK!!! The hog is a four legged garbage disposal! I explain more in this episode. *Choose fresh fruits and vegetables and incorporate them into each of our meals. Avoid fruit juices that are high sugar content minus the fiber that helps regulate blood sugar levels. *Be mindful about our dietary decisions.
