FREEZE. HOLD ON. DON’T MOVE.   It might be the hardest and simultaneously the simplest things to do: focus on one thing. It’s time to take back your life, and start taking care of YOU.   In this episode we are talking to Life and Wellness Coach, Yoga Instructor and Podcaster Angela Wagner, who has built a business on helping people get centered and focused on their businesses.   One of the exercise Angela swears by (and talks about in our interview) to re-focus your brain is to light a candle, grab a notebook, and then a pen. Set the timer for 5 minutes. Then, stare into the flame and focus on just that flame. Don’t let anything else come into your mind. Once you think of something other than the flame, make a mark in your notebook. Once you do this exercise more and more, the less marks you will have.   It’s all about retraining your brain to focus on something that isn’t work or social media but to just turn your brain off for 5 minutes and relax.
