Mindwise Podcast

Marieke van Vugt is an assistant professor in the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Engineering (ALICE) at the University of Groningen. Her research aims to understand how we make the decisions we make, and how they are affected by our memories and context. In addition, she is interested in how meditation practice affects our cognitive system, and the consequences this has for our behaviour. She uses the unique approach of computational modeling to investigate these practices.
