There is good and bad news about how much money venture capitalists are pumping into Irish start-ups and scale ups.  The good news, they invested more than ever in the previous quarter.  The bad news is that they appear to be investing less in smaller start-ups that arguably need seed capital than before.  Nicola McClafferty is with the Irish venture capital association joined Joe on the show this morning.
