Charlie and Julie are back to give us our June gym update. This month, Charlie speaks specifically about the BCS Classic Online Qualifier. Registration is open, and we encourage you to sign up—because we will be doing the qualifier workouts, which are developed by Rich Froning, during our classes the week of the qualifier. All registration fees go to Mayhem Missions, and Charlie shares the reasoning behind WHY we have partnered with them. If you need help finding a partner, talk to a coach!  There is also some exciting news dropped during the podcast that is  VERY exciting for our BCS Classic volunteers, but you’ll have to tune in to find out what it is.
