#98 | Infinite Love Reiki Energy Healing Meditation I've noticed a theme that is unfolding for me right now, and I sense it may be resonant for you as well.  Here's what it is:  How you respond to change and challenge now has the opportunity to be updated if you allow it.  Since we are living in this human experience then there may be challenges and changes we are faced with. And sometimes there seems like there is no way around this.  And we've all learned (for better or for worse) ways of dealing with change and challenge.  So now, when you're presented with some change or challenge in your reality, you may get triggered to automatically respond to it in an old, low vibration, and outdated way...  (for example from fear, judgment, non-beneficial habits, or stress that is somehow related to an old wound from your past)  Yet we have free will and with presence and awareness, you do have the choice...even when you feel like you don't - there is always a choice for you!
