Davip (Ilgiz Shamsiev) is recognized as the most successful and productive breaks/drum & bass producers from the Former Soviet Union. At his 22, Davip has 14 vinyl releases on the best electronic music labels behind his back, as well as over 30 digital labels and CD compilations. 2010 was a real breakthrough year for Ilgiz, when his twelve inch, Ignition/Level Up came out on the cult Hardcore Beats UK label (with Ignition remix by a dubstep act Bare Noize on the filpside). The same year tracks called Vamonos/High Technology (featuring Encode) saw the light through the famous drum & bass imprint Breed 12 Inches (sublabel of Lifted Music). Both records took Beatport, Chemical Records, Juno and many other charts by storm.
