  I am your host, Jimmy Allen, a certified Love and Relationship Coach . I recently had the privilege of studying with Katherine Woodard Thomas who is the author of the New York Times bestselling Calling in the “One”. When I discovered her coaching program, I knew instantaneously that this was what I was meant to do. After completing the book Calling in the “One” book myself in 2017, my own dating life and love life shifted dramatically. I discovered how and why I was choosing men who were emotionally unavailable and ashamed of who they were as a man. When I tackled the source of that issue, my life changed. I feel in love with myself and what I had to offer. I discovered that my capacity to love was vast. I started to become the “one” for myself and for the man I meet shortly while reading the book.
