Once again I spoke about Voter ID On Nov 6th, 2018 there were many constitutional amendments that WE THE PEOPLE voted on. One such was the Constitutional Amendment to Require Voters to Provide Photo Identification Before Voting in Person. In my opinion, this was the SINGLE most important amendment that North Carolina citizens voted on. The election results showed that a majority of North Carolina Citizens at over 2 Million voted FOR Voter ID Put to its simplest terms it’s an argument over if Voter ID is needed for security or as opponents say it will keep people from voting. In my opinion, requiring voters to prove their identity by showing a photo ID when voting is simply a measure to ensure that people aren’t misrepresenting themselves when voting. The main argument against voter ID law, the call of Racism! There are over 30 states that have photo ID laws. Please help me understand how a photo ID is racist? Do opponents of this law want me to think that people of color aren’t smart enough to get a photo ID?
