He started his law enforcement journey in central Florida where he worked as a Patrol Deputy on the night shift. He was quickly promoted to being a Field Training Officer where he was responsible for making sure new recruits from the academy understood how to do their job safely and within the confines of the law and especially the constitution. Hill was later promoted to being a Detective in the Economic Crimes Unit where he investigated cases ranging from bad checks for a few hundred dollars to multi-million dollar scams. With his computer and economic specialization, he was sent to work with the Department of Hom
