In marketing, everything comes down to returns. What we need to realize is that we are fighting for attention, and attention doesn’t always translate to immediate returns. Your brand needs to be recognized as the guide in the industry, the one that helps the customer solve their problem. If your market doesn’t know about you, how can they find you as a guide?
