This is dangerous for your trading, and often times leads to horrible decisions about buying and selling a stock, because it is our emotions guiding our trading rather than clear concise decision making based on what the chart is telling us. I get attacked all the time by traders on social media, because I post a chart or make a comment that doesn't meet their narrative for what they think a stock should do.
