How to talk about problems without complaining.

How to talk about problems without complaining. Through most of my adult life I often came across as a complainer. So, what is the difference between asking for help and complaining? Asking for helps comes from within. It comes from self-knowledge and self-awareness. Complaining, on the other hand, comes from an expectation on the world around you that is not met. A complaint might sound like, "I can't believe how high my phone bill is this month. This isn't fair!" Whereas, asking for help might sound like, "My phone bill is really high this month, I hope I can afford to pay it." I am happy to be in a place of gratitude today where I can seek help with my problems, and not come off as a complainer. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/jerrybanfield/support
