Success equals failure, and failure equals success. You might think these two things are mutually exclusive, but you cannot have one without the other. You cannot avoid failure completely, or vice-versa. I have learned this principle throughout my life, and it is especially apparent with my work as an entrepreneur online. Since I have such a high profile as an instructor on Udemy, I often have people tell me how they wish they were as successful as me. On the other hand, I will have people tell me I am a failure with the way I teach something, or concerning the quality of the content in a course. So, am I success or failure? If you look at this idea in the context of a game where you have a winner and loser, how can the winner have success without the perceived failure of a loser?
