I am grateful today to be down almost 50 pounds from where I was two years ago. So, why is this such an effective method for maintaining a diet? I have fun tracking what I eat! I noticed I was spending time everyday playing games on my phone, and I decided to start using MyFitnessPal to help me maintain a healthy diet.
